These two are SO cute — I can only imagine what their pups will look like!

Josie is just slightly shorter than Knox but actually a little wider. I personally feel like Josie is the size most people are looking for in a MAS — short & stocky without being overdone.

By pairing her with Knox, I’m hoping to encourage better ear placement and strengthen Josie’s back line.

How does Josie complement Knox?
✔️ Adds that shorter, compact size
✔️ A little thicker build (but not too thick 😉)
✔️ Balanced structure

I’m really hoping to make this pairing happen soon — definitely by the end of the year!

I am so excited about what these two will produce together!

Both Josie and Knox are health tested. While this pairing may produce puppies that are carriers for MDR1 or PRA, carriers do not develop the disease themselves. We breed responsibly by ensuring we never produce affected puppies, while still maintaining genetic diversity and strong overall structure, temperament, and health within the breed. Removing every carrier from breeding would significantly shrink the gene pool, which can create more problems long term. Our priority is healthy, well-structured puppies, and full transparency with our puppy families.
